Question: How much is the cost of delivery? Answer: We provide FREE delivery island wide in Singapore for any purchase, regardless of purchase amount.
Orders made after the cut off timings, will be delivered the following evening between 6.30pm to 10pm.
Question: How long does it take for my products to be delivered? Answer: Orders placed before the cut off time, will be delivered the same evening from between 6.30pm to 10pm. Exact timing is dependent on the amount of deliveries we have for that day, on a first order first serve basis, unless otherwise stipulated.
Cut off timing for same day delivery: Via Online order form: Orders sent in and paid for before 4pm. Via Order hotline (6275 4123): Orders placed before 5pm.
Orders made after the cut off timings, shall be delivered the following evening between 6.30pm to 10pm.
Question: Are there any deliveries made in the day? Answer: Yes, we do provide day deliveries upon request. However, this will be subjected to the available manpower.
Delivery timings: Areas in the North & West: Delivery will be from between 11am to 2pm Areas in the South & East: Delivery will be from between 2pm to 5pm
We regret to inform you that delivery services to Jurong Island are currently not available.

Question: Is it safe for me to enter my personal financial details online? Answer: All online transactions are handled by a certified third party payment merchant, Telemoney.
Question: Why is MYLUSTRE collecting my personal information? Are information collected secured? Answer: Please be assured that all personal details collected are used to help us provide better and more customized services to our customers, and will not be sold or released to any third parties. At MYLUSTRE, customer interest and security always comes first.
Question: What are the modes of payment available? Answer: Currently, you can choose between 2 modes of payment, either cash on delivery or payment by credit card.
Question: How do I know which products are suitable for me? Answer: We encouraged you to drop by our retail outlets at #01-04 East Point Mall (Map) or No. 90 Joo Chiat Road (Map) for our friendly and professional consultants to better access your condition and advise something appropriate.
Alternatively, you can call our order hotline, 6275 4123 and speak to our experienced consultants who will advise you further on the appropriate regime and compatible products.
Question: Are any of your products tested on animals? Answer: At LUSTRE™, we believe in protecting the interest of both our customer, community and as much as possible, our environment. No animal testing was conducted and our products are sent regularly to the Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for stringent quality and safety checks.
Question: Do you provide any samples or trial packs for new customers? Answer:No samples or trial packs are currently provided for our customers. However, you are always welcomed to drop by our retail outlets at #01-04 East Point Mall (Map), No. 90 Joo Chiat Road (Map), or even our main office at Organic Health Pte Ltd, 1093 Lower Delta Road, Unit #07-01/02, Mapletree Industrial, Singapore 169204 (Map ) to try out the products or for free skin consultation and advice.

Answer: LUSTRE™ has its very own loyalty privilege card to reward our faithful supporters and we welcome all existing and new customers to sign up for our LUSTRE™ privilege card for better value and exciting rewards and promotions! Question: Will I get any discount for bulk orders? Answer: Currently, discounts if applicable, will only be awarded to our privilege card members. However, if you are interested in distributing our products, do drop us an enquiry via our online enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
