As the tablet contains collagen and required amount differs across age groups, the recommended dosage for:
16 to 30 years old: 1 tablet at night before bedtime

30 years old and above: 1 tablet at night before bedtime for the first 2 weeks.

Answer: Women’s Plus contains Pueraria Mirifica whereas Lustre™ Tablet does not.
